1-Management Content:
Property Management is a private service package, includes and limited with the services stated below. Some or all of these services will be given by the Company to the Property Owner when required by the Property Owner within the agreement period.
 
Content A

•  Assisting you for insuring your property upon request
•  Arranging airport transfers for you and your tenants at its cost
•  Assisting you and your tenants in car rental
•  Providing cleaning and laundry service at its cost

Content B
In addition to content A;

•  Advicing you about any necessary repairs to maintain your property in good condition and helping to find handy man, artisians and craftsmen when needed at its cost
• Response to all maintenance requirements from you or your guests at its cost
• Monitoring your electric bills: We will check if your electric bill has been paid by your local bank the day after last day of payment of the bill. If not, we will pay it, using your deposit.
• Paying your water bills and property taxes on your behalf, using your deposit.
• Monitoring your property insurance, renewing when it is due, using your deposit
• Keeping your key in safe custody and providing access to the property to your guests or suppliers, with your authorization, should you not be present.

Content C

• In case of any need arises because of burglary, fire, disaster etc. that your private insurance is needed to be followed up, we will take all the legal actions on your behalf
• Handling of the matters with the insurance company for compansation
• Outsourcing of and control over, work to be performed to fix or replace any loss or damage that was covered by your private insurance policy.

2-Service Charge and Payment
Content A: No service charge, only deposit explained under article 3
Content B : 150 Euro per annum 
Content C: 250 Euro per event
 
Note: The above prices and contents are for information and may vary depending on region your property is located in and actual service concept. 

3-Deposit
The Property Owner will pay the Company a deposit of minimum 1.000 TL This money will be held for any necessary payments to be done on behalf of the Property Owner. All the payments that the Company makes according to requirements and demand of the Property Owner will be deducted from this amount.
The Property Owner will be informed about account balance each time the balance of the paid deposit is + 250 TL or less, and the Company will ask the Property Owner to deposit the same amount again. If deposit is not paid on the right time and account balance is not enough, the Company has right to cease any payment until the required deposit is received by the Company.
